PrescribeHire offers an integrated Online Reporting Services (ORS) platform that provides clients an easy to use, single location in which to organize their completed verifications and background screening reports.
This web-based, integrated report summarizing platform allows you a single-point solution for viewing, organizing and maintaining your reports in a real-time environment. You can view reports immediately as they are completed and receive real-time status updates, alerting you to completed searches.
The system additionally provides users the ability to scale up or down, as needed and to create and assign user profiles. User permissions can be established, allowing multiple users from your organization to access various parts of the system.
The ORS from PrescribeHire incorporates compliance tools. User are able to view and print letters, forms and information required for maintaining compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations and other regulatory acts.
The current configuration of PrescribeHire’s ORS supports the automated ordering of some, but not all, background screening services with PrescribeHire. Planned updates to the platforms functionality will allow for expanded automated services ordering in the near future. Current clients will be informed when upgrades have been completed.
